About Me

I have spent my entire career helping people through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. I began as a medical assistant, where I dedicated 12 years to supporting patients, easing fears, and providing compassionate care.
From there, I transitioned to the fire department as an EMT firefighter and later became a crisis responder. For five years, I was the person people relied on during their most urgent emotional and medical emergencies. I eventually moved into leadership as the program manager for the crisis response team, and later the assistant manager when I welcomed my son.
Today, I work for the city as a court clerk, continuing to help people navigate difficult and often stressful situations.
Now, I’m ready to bring all of this experience into my own business as a life coach. I want to help people who are grieving, people who are working toward personal goals, people who want to build stronger soft skills, and anyone who simply wants to feel happier and more fulfilled in their life. My background has taught me how to guide people from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered, and I’m excited to offer that support in a deeper, more personalized way. The Grief process is not a one size fits all and I look forward to working with people individually to help them through their grief process.
